CrossFit classes are designed to help members attain total fitness using multiple approaches including Resistance Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Olympic lifting, and Gymnastics.
This class workout focuses on cardiovascular fitness without the resistance training included in our CrossFit programming. Members of any fitness level are welcomed to come feel the burn.
